Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone aged 12 and above can participate. The 3K Fun Run is open to all fitness levels, while the 5K and 10K categories are recommended for regular runners. A medical fitness declaration is required during registration.

Your registration includes an official race bib, a finisher medal, a Nirmal10K t-shirt, hydration support on the route, and post-race refreshments.

Detailed route maps and assembly points will be shared with registered participants via email one week before the event.

Yes, all participants in the 10K and 5K categories receive RFID timing chips attached to their bibs. Results are published online within hours of the race finishing. The 3K is a non-timed fun run.
